There is something about these, I just won't make any cupcakes or muffins without them now!! :) I mean, obviously using baking cups in general helps make cupcake/muffin tin clean up MUCH easier, but the FOIL ones I really believe help keep more moisture in, and help prevent burning; they add just a little more insulation which makes a big difference! Try 'em out and see what you think! :)
