I definitely used to get frustrated with cookies that seemed to not be quite done on top, but practically burnt on the bottom, using the normal thin cookie sheets. Then I found and tried airbake (wearever brand) cookie sheets, and the difference is huge! They never burn on the bottom, the insulation makes such a difference, and they cook evenly! I think I got mine at Bed Bath & Beyond, years ago, but look anywhere, or just google Airbake cookie sheets or Wearever Airbake cookie sheets! :)
